James Wright (39), Simon Brewer (25) and Wayne Torrey (21) all reached double figures as Waverley were bowled out for 128.
Opening bowler Pravesh Kaushik (two for 12) took two wickets for Waverley, but Kamlesh Parida (50 not out) and Andy Bedall (16 not out) saw the hosts home to victory.
