Bosses of a village hub near Bordon have served up a treat to supporters and donors ahead of a festive event.
Councillors, business and charity figures were invited to a Thank You Lunch at The Kingsley Centre last Thursday in recognition of their ongoing support.
The event gave guests the opportunity to learn more about the facility and meet participants and volunteers.
“It was a great day and we enjoyed the opportunity to share with others the unique place that is The Kingsley Centre,” said a spokesperson.
“We wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped us over the past year, as we really appreciate the help you give us.”
Guests included councillors Adeel Shah and Mark Kemp-Gee and figures from Grundon Sand & Gravel, Woolmer Forest Lions, The Edinburgh Woollen Mill franchise in Country Market, The Green Room Kingsley and Hankley Common Golf Club.
There’s a further treat for villagers and visitors next weekend as The Kingsley Centre will hold its annual Christmas Craft Fayre next Sunday, December 8.
Guests will find plenty of gift ideas and lashings of mince pies, tea and coffee from 2pm to 6pm.
Plenty of local crafters will be showing off their skills with stalls, a raffle, Christmas music and snacks available, email [email protected] for more details.
The Kingsley Centre gives disabled people the chance to get involved in the on-site shop and also provides a host of other activities to promote their personal development.
