Whitehill Town Council has confirmed that two men with huge roles in the future of Bordon will speak at a landmark meeting later this month.

James Child, project director for the Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company, will provide an update on local developments during the Annual Town Assembly meeting in Forest Community Centre on Thursday, March 20.

Christian Wakelin, head of supermarket development for Sainsbury’s, will also outline specific plans and job opportunities for the proposed store in the town centre.

A question and answer session will follow their presentations.

The 6pm meeting, which will include summary reports from WTC and town bodies, will begin with the handing out of the Whitehill & Bordon Community Awards 2025.
