FORGET class; it was all about making an entrance when The Petersfield School held its annual prom evening.
The scene at Old Thorns was akin to Wacky Races, with pupils using motorcycles, classic cars and even shopping trolleys to get to the ball.
But the award for best vehicle went to a fire engine, with the titles for best couple, most likely to become famous and drama queen of the year also being hotly contested.
There were some stunning dresses and sharp suits on display as leavers walked up the red carpet, accompanied by a string quartet.
The departing Year 11 pupils looked the part on the dancefloor, with even headteacher Mark Marande showing off his moves on a memorable evening.
