A BAND who are regulars on the Petersfield pub and club circuit hit the right note with revellers at one of the south’s biggest festivals on Sunday.
The Groove Surgeons pulled in quite a crowd when they opened the Sound Level Cave at the Wickham Festival.
Numbers swelled from a handful to around 100 during their one-hour performance with bassist Chaz Collett loving the experience.
He said: “It’s so much fun playing with this band, you can probably tell from our smiles how much we enjoyed our first Wickham Festival.
“In a year or two we would love to be back playing in one of the bigger tents.”
