Our plans to build a new hospice on our existing site in Farnham are progressing well, and demolition of the old hospice building is planned to take place this November/December.
Although we are greatly looking forward to seeing the new hospice project progress, we will be very sad to say goodbye to our old building, which is much-loved and holds many special memories.
We know many people have an emotional attachment to it, so we will be holding an informal farewell afternoon to say goodbye to it, on Thursday, August 31, between 2pm and 5pm.
Anyone who would like to is warmly welcome to drop by for a cup of tea and a private moment in the hospice garden. There is no need to book – just drop in.
Building work is planned to start from January 2024 and we aim to move into our new hospice by January 2026.
