SWIMMERS can leave their mark on Petersfield’s Open Air Pool while building for its future by splashing out on a brick.

Bosses at the ‘Jewel in the Crown of Petersfield’ have launched a Buy A Brick scheme to raise money for the pool’s upkeep and future improvements.

Individuals, couples, families, groups, charities and firms who buy a brick will have their name immortalised on The Pool Community Wall.

“Our Pool Community Wall is a space dedicated to our supporters and our community and is a space to honour your loved ones, or share in celebration,” said a spokesman for the pool.

Supporters have until February 14 to Buy a Brick with a minimum donation of £35 being requested from individuals, societies or clubs or £70 from businesses.
