AN OPEN invite to a village coffee morning has gone out to residents in Buriton.

A warm welcome is guaranteed along with plenty of tea, coffee and cake from 10am at Buriton village hall this Saturday.

Hopes are high the event could take place on the first Saturday of every month as it’s ideal for newcomers.

If anyone would like to bake biscuits or a cake for the gathering please email Daniela Jones at [email protected] as organisers will be happy to reimburse for ingredients.
