Farnham's hospice care charity Phyllis Tuckwell has compiled a selection of some of the best Christmas house light displays across west Surrey and north-east Hampshire, and has plotted them on a map for you to follow.
Simply download the map from their website, and tour the light displays anytime up to December 31, in whichever order you like.
From fairy lights and twinkling stars to inflatable snowmen and chimney-climbing Santas – this Christmassy map has them all!
Once you have enjoyed the tour, Phyllis Tuckwell would be hugely grateful if you could show your appreciation by making a donation to help fund the supportive and end of life care which it provides for local patients and families who are living with an advanced or terminal illness, such as cancer.
Every day it supports more than 250 patients, relatives and carers – in their own homes, in the community, at the hospice in Farnham and at the Beacon Centre in Guildford – through medical and nursing care, therapies, counselling, social work advice and practical support.
However, as the NHS/Government usually only covers around 20 per cent of its costs, it has to raise over £25,000 a day to do this.
“Our Christmas Lights Tour is a wonderful way to celebrate the festive season, at the same time as raising vital money to help fund our care,” said Samantha West, community fundraiser at Phyllis Tuckwell.
“Last year’s tour raised £7,000, enough to pay for one of our Hospice Care at Home nurses for just over two months.
"We’d like to say a huge thank you to all the houses taking part in our Christmas Lights Tour this year!”
