A Whitehill man will be sentenced early next year after admitting to the rape of an underage teenage girl in Bordon.
Oliver Smith pleaded guilty to eight charges relating to the same incident when he appeared before a judge at Portsmouth Crown Court on Monday morning (November 4).
They include the rape and attempted rape of a girl aged 13 to 15 in Bordon Inclosure during the morning of Friday, September 27.
The 21-year-old of South Hurst also pleaded guilty to threatening someone with a knife or bladed article, two counts of unlawful imprisonment and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
He also pleaded guilty to committing an offence with intent to commit or cause false imprisonment, and breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
The latter relates to owning a mobile phone without notifying the police, breaching an order imposed in Taunton Crown Court in January this year.
The defendant, who was remanded in custody, is expected to be sentenced on January 24 next year at the same court.
He was told that credit would be given for his early guilty pleas, and that a victim’s impact statement will be needed along with psychiatric and probation reports.
A pre-sentence report was also requested by Judge Sawyer to establish whether Smith is dangerous and a threat to the public.
The victim and her family have received specialist support from the police and partners following the awful ordeal in the woodland site north of Chalet Hill.
