Members of the Bentley Amateur Dramatics Company entertained residents at Pax Hill with a variety show to kick-start the festive season.
They performed skits, recited poetry, sang songs and brought two dogs to meet the audience. The show included works by A A Milne, Sir John Betjeman, Joyce Grenfell, Hilaire Belloc, Edward Lear and Stanley Holloway.
Emma Eckerseley led the music on her ukulele, with Pax Hill residents joining in with songs like Take Me Home, Country Roads and Show Me The Way To Go Home.
There are readings for next year’s play in February. There are acting, behind the scenes and front of house roles. For details email [email protected]
