THE BEDALES community came together last Friday for a ceremony of Remembrance involving staff and students from all three schools.

Moving speeches were given by the school’s head and senior staff before student Lilibet Viner read the Edward Thomas piece, The Owl.

The event included readings of pieces by Henry Purcell and Robert Graves before the Last Post was sounded ahead of a two-minute silence.
