Officers are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Petersfield which occurred at around 1:30am on Saturday, September 14 on College Street.

The victim, a 45 year old male, was punched by another male causing him to fall to the floor. He sustained a head injury as a result of the assault and was taken to hospital for treatment.
